You’re All Set! What’s Next?
Thanks for choosing SifuTutor. Your tutor has been matched and your commitment fee is confirmed — you’re officially on your way! Here’s everything you need to know to get started and manage your classes like a pro.

3. Billing & Payments
Your first invoice will be issued after your first class begins, and future invoices will follow on that same date each month. SifuTutor uses an advance billing system to ensure classes run on time and tutors are paid promptly.
How to Pay:
Easiest: Pay directly through the app (recommended).
Alternative: Request a secure payment link from our Billing Team team via WhatsApp at +6014-603 7500 to pay through CDM, Bank Transfer or Online Banking.
4. Class Scheduling & Changes
- Your class records are accurate to ensure the consistency and on-time tutor payout
- Your learning journey continues without disruption
If you don’t verify, the session will be auto-marked as completed and billed accordingly
Want to make changes?
- Inform both the tutor and SifuTutor at least 24 hours in advance
- Class reschedules within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable. All reschedules are subject to the tutor’s agreement and availability
5. Track Progress with Confidence
- After the first class – You’ll receive a Student Evaluation Report outlining first impressions, learning needs, and tutor recommendations
- After every 12 verified sessions – You’ll receive a Progress Report, showing your child’s development, strengths, and focus areas
