  1. Promotion Eligibility
    This promo is only open to:
    – Existing students who are still active and add a new subject during the promotion period.
    Existing students only qualify for the newly added subject, not subjects that were already active before the campaign.
    The first invoice for the subject that wishes to receive the promo must be issued within the period 26 August 2026 to 10 November 2026.
  2. Who Is Not Eligible?
    This promo does not apply to:
    – Former students who are no longer active.
    – Students returning to study after stopping (reactivation students).
    – Subjects that were already active before the promotion period.
    – The ongoing billing cycle of an existing subject.
    – Repeat or recurring invoices for the same subject.
    – Adding sessions or hours to an already active subject.
    – Changing tutor for the same subject.
    – Changing schedule for the same subject.
    – Switching mode from Online to Home Tuition or vice versa for the same subject.
    – Cancelling a subject and re-registering the same subject to obtain the promo.
  3. Promo Rebate Structure
    Every subject that meets all the promo conditions will receive: RM50 REBATE.
    The rebate is calculated for each eligible subject. Examples: 1 eligible subject → RM50; 2 eligible subjects → RM100; 3 eligible subjects → RM150; 5 eligible subjects → RM250. There is no maximum limit on the total rebate. Each subject is assessed separately.
  4. Rebate Is Not Given on the First Invoice
    This promo uses a rebate concept, not a direct discount on the first invoice. The first invoice must be paid as usual. After the student meets the promo conditions, the rebate will be given as a deduction on the next billing cycle for the eligible subject. The rebate is not a new monthly price and is not given every month.
  5. Minimum 6 Hours per Subject
    To receive the RM50 rebate, the student must complete a minimum of 6 hours of class per subject. The minimum 6 hours must be completed within the first billing cycle of the subject registered under the promo. Each subject is assessed separately. Example: Mathematics = 6 hours → eligible for RM50; Science = 6 hours → eligible for RM50; English = 4 hours → not eligible. Total rebate: RM100.
  6. Existing Students Who Are Still Active
    Existing students who still have active classes qualify for the promo when they add a new subject during the campaign period. Example: existing subjects are Mathematics and English; the parent adds Accounts and Physics. Only Accounts and Physics are assessed for the promo. If both complete the minimum 6 hours, the total rebate is RM100. The Mathematics and English subjects that were already active before the campaign do not receive a rebate.
  7. Inactive Students / Reactivation
    Students who have stopped and no longer have active classes with SifuTutor are not eligible for this promo. If a former student returns to study after stopping, the registration is categorised as a reactivation, not a new subject registration under this promo.
  8. What Counts as a New Subject?
    A new subject means a subject that is not currently active on the student’s account; and has a new first invoice issued during the campaign period. Example: a student is active with Mathematics and adds Science → Science counts as a new subject.
  9. Adding Sessions Does Not Count as a New Subject
    If a student already takes Mathematics and the parent only adds class hours, number of sessions, or class frequency for Mathematics, it is still considered the same subject. It does not open eligibility for a new RM50 rebate.
  10. Changing Tutor Does Not Count as a New Subject
    Example: Mathematics Tutor A → change to Mathematics Tutor B. This is still the same Mathematics subject and does not earn a new rebate.
  11. Changing Schedule Does Not Count as a New Subject
    Changes to class day, class time, class slot, or frequency do not turn the subject into a new subject.
  12. Switching Online / Home Tuition Does Not Count as a New Subject
    Changing learning mode alone does not open new promo eligibility. Example: Mathematics Online → Mathematics Home Tuition. If it is a continuation of the same subject, it is not considered a new subject.
  13. Cancelling and Re-registering the Same Subject
    Students cannot cancel an active subject and then re-register the same subject to obtain the rebate. Example: Mathematics active → cancel → re-register Mathematics during the promo. This is not considered an eligible new subject. SifuTutor may review the class and invoice history before granting the rebate.
  14. First Billing Cycle
    The first billing cycle is the first billing period for the subject registered under the promo. Example: first invoice on 1 September 2026 → first billing cycle 1 September – 1 October 2026. The minimum 6 hours must be completed within that period.
  15. If 6 Hours Are Not Completed
    If a student completes fewer than 6 hours in the first billing cycle, no rebate is given for that subject. Example: Mathematics with only 4 hours → not eligible for the RM50 rebate.
  16. If Classes Fall Short Due to Parent / Student
    If the total classes do not reach the minimum 6 hours because the parent cancels classes, the student does not attend, the parent chooses to reduce sessions, or the student stops before completing 6 hours, the subject may be treated as not meeting the promo conditions.
  17. If Classes Are Affected Due to Tutor / SifuTutor
    If the minimum 6 hours cannot be completed due to matters on the tutor’s or SifuTutor’s side — for example, the tutor cancels or classes must be rescheduled — the case may be reviewed by SifuTutor based on system records. SifuTutor may determine a suitable action such as replacing the class, rescheduling the class, granting a reasonable extension, or deciding based on the circumstances of the case.
  18. Tutor, Subject, Location and Schedule Subject to Availability
    Joining the promo does not guarantee that classes can immediately begin. All registrations remain subject to available tutor, available subject, level, mode (Online / Home Tuition), location, tutor schedule and student schedule. The promo does not guarantee a specific tutor, location or slot. If a suitable tutor or slot has not yet been found, the promo cannot be processed until a suitable class can begin.
  19. Each Subject Assessed Separately
    Registering multiple subjects does not mean all subjects automatically receive a rebate. Each subject must meet the minimum 6-hour condition. Example: register 4 subjects — Mathematics = 6 hours → RM50; Science = 6 hours → RM50; English = 6 hours → RM50; History = 3 hours → RM0. Total rebate: RM150.
  20. One Subject Receives One Rebate Only
    Each subject can only receive an RM50 rebate once under the Final Year Exam Promo 2026. The same subject will not receive the RM50 rebate repeatedly each month.
  21. If the Student Stops After the First Billing Cycle
    The rebate can only be used on the next billing cycle. If the student stops and there is no next billing cycle, the rebate cannot be paid in cash, cannot be converted to a refund, cannot be transferred to another invoice, and any unused rebate will be forfeited.
  22. Rebate Is Non-transferable
    The rebate cannot be transferred to a sibling, another student, another parent, another account, or another student’s invoice.
  23. Rebate Is Non-convertible
    The rebate cannot be converted to cash, a refund, cash credit, bonus sessions, gifts, or any other benefit.
  24. Combination With Other Promos
    This promo cannot be combined with other promos for the same student and billing unless stated otherwise by SifuTutor. If more than one promo is available, SifuTutor reserves the right to determine which promo may be used based on the campaign conditions.
  25. First Invoice Date Determines Eligibility
    The first invoice for the subject that wishes to receive the promo must be issued between 26 August 2026 and 10 November 2026. If the request is made during the campaign but the first invoice is only issued after 10 November 2026, the subject is not eligible for the promo.
  26. Recurring Invoices Do Not Qualify as New Registration
    A recurring invoice or the following month’s invoice for the same subject does not open new promo eligibility. The promo relates only to the first billing cycle of an eligible subject.
  27. No Maximum Rebate
    There is no maximum limit to the total rebate a student can receive. As long as each subject meets all conditions: 1 subject = RM50, 2 subjects = RM100, 5 subjects = RM250, 6 subjects = RM300, and so on.
  28. System Records Used for Verification
    SifuTutor may verify eligibility based on system records including student status, first invoice date, active subjects, new subjects, total class hours, billing cycle, class status, tutor, mode, location, registration history and cancellation history. SifuTutor’s system records will be used to determine final promo eligibility.
  29. Use of the Promo Not in Line With the Conditions
    SifuTutor may reject or cancel the rebate if there are matters such as repeated rebate claims for the same subject, cancelling and re-registering solely to obtain the promo, duplicate student registration, use of inaccurate information, transfer of rebate between students, or any use of the promo not in line with the campaign conditions.
  30. Changes to the Promotion
    SifuTutor reserves the right to amend, extend, suspend or terminate this promo if required. Any updates may be communicated through SifuTutor’s official channels.

  1. Kelayakan Promosi
    Promo ini hanya terbuka kepada:
    – Pelajar sedia ada yang masih aktif dan menambah subjek baru dalam tempoh promosi.
    Pelajar sedia ada hanya layak untuk subjek baru yang ditambah, bukan subjek yang sudah aktif sebelum kempen.
    First invoice bagi subjek yang ingin menerima promo mesti dikeluarkan dalam tempoh 26 Ogos 2026 hingga 10 November 2026.
  2. Siapa Yang Tidak Layak?
    Promo ini tidak terpakai kepada:
    – Pelajar lama yang sudah tidak aktif.
    – Pelajar yang kembali belajar selepas berhenti (reactivation student).
    – Subjek yang sudah aktif sebelum tempoh promosi.
    – Billing cycle yang sedang berjalan bagi subjek sedia ada.
    – Invoice ulangan atau recurring invoice bagi subjek yang sama.
    – Penambahan sesi atau jam bagi subjek yang sudah aktif.
    – Pertukaran tutor bagi subjek yang sama.
    – Pertukaran jadual bagi subjek yang sama.
    – Pertukaran mode Online kepada Home Tuition atau sebaliknya bagi subjek yang sama.
    – Pembatalan subjek dan pendaftaran semula subjek yang sama untuk mendapatkan promo.
  3. Struktur Rebate Promo
    Setiap subjek yang memenuhi semua syarat promo akan menerima: RM50 REBATE.
    Rebate dikira bagi setiap subjek yang layak. Contoh: 1 subjek layak → RM50; 2 subjek layak → RM100; 3 subjek layak → RM150; 5 subjek layak → RM250. Tiada had maksimum jumlah rebate. Setiap subjek dinilai secara berasingan.
  4. Rebate Tidak Diberikan Pada First Invoice
    Promo ini menggunakan konsep rebate, bukan potongan terus pada first invoice. First invoice perlu dibayar seperti biasa. Selepas student memenuhi syarat promo, rebate akan diberikan sebagai potongan pada billing cycle kedua bagi subjek yang layak. Rebate bukan harga bulanan baru dan tidak diberikan setiap bulan.
  5. Minimum 6 Jam Bagi Setiap Subjek
    Untuk mendapatkan RM50 rebate, student perlu melengkapkan minimum 6 jam kelas bagi setiap subjek. Minimum 6 jam tersebut mesti diselesaikan dalam first billing cycle subjek yang didaftarkan di bawah promo. Setiap subjek dinilai secara berasingan. Contoh: Matematik = 6 jam → layak RM50; Sains = 6 jam → layak RM50; Bahasa Inggeris = 4 jam → tidak layak. Jumlah rebate: RM100.
  6. Pelajar Sedia Ada Yang Masih Aktif
    Existing student yang masih mempunyai kelas aktif layak mendapat promo apabila menambah subjek baru dalam tempoh kempen. Contoh: subjek sedia ada Matematik dan English; parent menambah Akaun dan Fizik. Hanya Akaun dan Fizik akan dinilai untuk promo. Jika kedua-duanya lengkap minimum 6 jam, jumlah rebate = RM100. Subjek Matematik dan English yang sudah aktif sebelum kempen tidak menerima rebate.
  7. Pelajar Tidak Aktif / Reactivation
    Pelajar yang sudah berhenti dan tidak mempunyai kelas aktif dengan SifuTutor tidak layak untuk promo ini. Jika pelajar lama kembali belajar selepas berhenti, pendaftaran tersebut dikategorikan sebagai reactivation, bukan pendaftaran subjek baru di bawah promo ini.
  8. Apa Yang Dikira Sebagai Subjek Baru?
    Subjek baru bermaksud subjek yang belum sedang aktif pada akaun student tersebut; dan mempunyai first invoice baru yang dikeluarkan dalam tempoh kempen. Contoh: student aktif dengan Matematik, tambah Science → Science dikira sebagai subjek baru.
  9. Tambah Sesi Tidak Dikira Subjek Baru
    Jika student sudah mengambil Matematik dan parent hanya menambah jam kelas, bilangan sesi, atau frequency kelas bagi Matematik, ia masih dianggap sebagai subjek yang sama. Ia tidak membuka kelayakan RM50 rebate baru.
  10. Tukar Tutor Tidak Dikira Subjek Baru
    Contoh: Tutor Matematik A → tukar kepada Tutor Matematik B. Ini masih subjek Matematik yang sama dan tidak mendapat rebate baru.
  11. Tukar Jadual Tidak Dikira Subjek Baru
    Perubahan hari kelas, waktu kelas, slot kelas atau frequency tidak mengubah subjek tersebut menjadi subjek baru.
  12. Tukar Online / Home Tuition Tidak Dikira Subjek Baru
    Pertukaran mode pembelajaran sahaja tidak membuka kelayakan promo baru. Contoh: Matematik Online → Matematik Home Tuition. Jika ia merupakan kesinambungan subjek yang sama, ia tidak dianggap subjek baru.
  13. Cancel dan Daftar Semula Subjek Sama
    Student tidak boleh membatalkan subjek aktif dan kemudian mendaftarkan subjek sama semula untuk mendapatkan rebate. Contoh: Matematik aktif → cancel → daftar Matematik semula semasa promo. Ini tidak dianggap sebagai subjek baru yang layak. SifuTutor boleh menyemak sejarah kelas dan invoice sebelum rebate diberikan.
  14. First Billing Cycle
    First billing cycle ialah tempoh billing pertama bagi subjek yang didaftarkan di bawah promo. Contoh: first invoice 1 September 2026 → first billing cycle 1 September – 1 Oktober 2026. Minimum 6 jam perlu dilengkapkan dalam tempoh tersebut.
  15. Jika Tidak Cukup 6 Jam
    Jika student hanya melengkapkan kurang daripada 6 jam dalam first billing cycle, tiada rebate diberikan untuk subjek tersebut. Contoh: Matematik 4 jam sahaja → tidak layak RM50 rebate.
  16. Jika Kelas Tidak Cukup Kerana Parent / Student
    Jika jumlah kelas tidak mencapai minimum 6 jam kerana parent membatalkan kelas, student tidak hadir, parent memilih untuk mengurangkan sesi, atau student berhenti sebelum cukup 6 jam, subjek tersebut boleh dianggap tidak memenuhi syarat promo.
  17. Jika Kelas Terjejas Kerana Tutor / SifuTutor
    Jika minimum 6 jam tidak dapat diselesaikan kerana perkara di pihak tutor atau SifuTutor, contohnya tutor membatalkan atau kelas perlu dijadualkan semula, kes tersebut boleh disemak oleh SifuTutor berdasarkan rekod sistem. SifuTutor boleh menentukan tindakan yang sesuai seperti menggantikan kelas, menjadualkan semula kelas, memberi tempoh tambahan yang munasabah, atau membuat keputusan berdasarkan keadaan kes tersebut.
  18. Tutor, Subjek, Lokasi dan Jadual Tertakluk Kepada Availability
    Penyertaan promo tidak menjamin bahawa kelas boleh terus dimulakan. Semua pendaftaran masih tertakluk kepada tutor yang tersedia, subjek yang tersedia, level, mode Online / Home Tuition, lokasi, jadual tutor dan jadual student. Promo tidak menjamin tutor, lokasi atau slot tertentu tersedia. Jika tutor atau slot yang sesuai masih belum ditemui, promo belum boleh diproses sehingga kelas yang sesuai dapat dimulakan.
  19. Setiap Subjek Dinilai Secara Berasingan
    Mendaftar beberapa subjek tidak bermaksud semua subjek akan mendapat rebate secara automatik. Setiap subjek mesti memenuhi syarat minimum 6 jam. Contoh: daftar 4 subjek — Matematik = 6 jam → RM50; Sains = 6 jam → RM50; English = 6 jam → RM50; Sejarah = 3 jam → RM0. Jumlah rebate: RM150.
  20. Satu Subjek Hanya Mendapat Satu Rebate
    Setiap subjek hanya boleh menerima RM50 rebate sekali sahaja di bawah Final Year Exam Promo 2026. Subjek sama tidak akan menerima RM50 rebate berulang setiap bulan.
  21. Jika Student Berhenti Selepas First Billing Cycle
    Rebate hanya boleh digunakan pada billing cycle seterusnya. Jika student berhenti dan tiada billing cycle seterusnya, rebate tidak boleh dibayar dalam bentuk cash, tidak boleh ditukar kepada refund, tidak boleh dipindahkan kepada invoice lain, dan rebate yang tidak digunakan akan terbatal.
  22. Rebate Tidak Boleh Dipindahkan
    Rebate tidak boleh dipindahkan kepada sibling, student lain, parent lain, akaun lain, atau invoice student lain.
  23. Rebate Tidak Boleh Ditukar
    Rebate tidak boleh ditukar kepada wang tunai, refund, credit tunai, bonus session, hadiah, atau benefit lain.
  24. Gabungan Dengan Promo Lain
    Promo ini tidak boleh digabungkan dengan promo lain untuk student dan billing yang sama kecuali dinyatakan sebaliknya oleh SifuTutor. Jika lebih daripada satu promo tersedia, SifuTutor berhak menentukan promo yang boleh digunakan berdasarkan syarat kempen.
  25. Tarikh First Invoice Menentukan Kelayakan
    First invoice bagi subjek yang ingin menerima promo mesti dikeluarkan antara 26 Ogos 2026 – 10 November 2026. Jika request dibuat semasa kempen tetapi first invoice hanya dikeluarkan selepas 10 November 2026, subjek tersebut tidak layak promo.
  26. Invoice Ulangan Tidak Layak Sebagai Pendaftaran Baru
    Recurring invoice atau invoice bulan berikutnya untuk subjek yang sama tidak membuka kelayakan promo baru. Promo hanya berkaitan dengan first billing cycle bagi subjek yang layak.
  27. Tiada Had Maksimum Rebate
    Tiada had maksimum jumlah rebate yang boleh diterima oleh seorang student. Selagi setiap subjek memenuhi semua syarat: 1 subjek = RM50, 2 subjek = RM100, 5 subjek = RM250, 6 subjek = RM300, dan seterusnya.
  28. Rekod Sistem Digunakan Untuk Semakan
    SifuTutor boleh membuat semakan berdasarkan rekod sistem termasuk status student, tarikh first invoice, subjek aktif, subjek baru, jumlah jam kelas, billing cycle, status kelas, tutor, mode, lokasi, sejarah pendaftaran dan sejarah pembatalan. Rekod sistem SifuTutor akan digunakan untuk menentukan kelayakan akhir promo.
  29. Penggunaan Promo Yang Tidak Mengikut Syarat
    SifuTutor boleh menolak atau membatalkan rebate jika terdapat perkara seperti tuntutan rebate berulang untuk subjek sama, pembatalan dan pendaftaran semula semata-mata untuk mendapatkan promo, pendaftaran student duplicate, penggunaan maklumat yang tidak tepat, pemindahan rebate antara student, atau penggunaan promo yang tidak mengikut syarat kempen.
  30. Perubahan Promosi
    SifuTutor berhak untuk mengubah, melanjutkan, menggantung, atau menamatkan promo ini jika diperlukan. Sebarang kemas kini boleh dimaklumkan melalui saluran rasmi SifuTutor.
